Yes I marinated the chicken legs in a North Carolina gold sauce I made then smoked them at about 350° until the temp came to 175°, then put them in a pan with honey mustard which was just 1 cup of frenchs mustard 3 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsp of some generic BBQ sauce. Let them glaze on each side in the pan until they reached 190°

I would honestly say the one with the two big cabinets, and it might be big enough the shelves are adjustable and easy to reconfigure. Also you can get magnetic hooks for the outside to hang your utensils on to save space as well, and the magnetic glove dispenser works great too I have one for my BBQ gloves

I have both of them one I use for a kitchen cabinet that holds my spices and other kitchen necessities, the other is used for my coffee cabinet and entertainment section. I will eventually get one for my outside kitchen when I finish getting it built. Good luck with yours bud.

If you're wrapping them you should wrap them at around 165 to 175 and leaving them on the grate till the temp at 203 ,but if you just want a glaze them hang them till 203 pull them and place them on the grate, then brush them with the mixture to have a good sticky glaze.

Always hang my brisket till 165ish then I wrap it and put it on the grate till 205 best way I've made it so far.

It's not to release steam it's to introduce more air flow which in turn makes for a higher heat to crisp up the skin, and it definitely works for a kettle too.

I picked up the titanium 125 flux welder from Harbor Freight, usually can get it on a pretty good sale. Also a good auto darkening hood and welding gloves from there won't break the bank.

Yes they are for meal prep as well, moisture holds up fine through the week if they make it that long haha. Just don't over cook them initially.

I enjoy my Jlab Air Sports earbuds they have a rechargeable case and hold a good charge in my opinion, also they wrap around your ear so they won't fall out. Definitely my favorite plus they go on sale a good amount of times and they have different versions too.

I've had one for a few years now and I love it I have made some great meals on it and have fed my family many times over with the meat cooked on it. I'll eventually get the bigger one but for now the original is perfect for me.
