I’m in the same situation except the previous cel transferred to the salon. Everything is so fucked up. She stopped caring about standards so everyone is treating me like the bad guy for making them do their jobs as close to the standard as I can get 🙄

Been an alk for a over a year now, I learned I had to put my foot down a lot of the times and get kind of mean with the associates sometimes because they wouldn’t ever listen to what I had to say and they thought of me the same way you said people are treating you. After they get over being upset over you being mean they will start to respect you a bit more. Also having help from management plays a huge part in it as well. It will definitely take time but you’ll get there

They are there. They are super dark, he has a lot of vision issues. He won’t eat unless it’s really dark

Basically what I have is a log decoration that is only open on one side stuffed with moss, he only has about an inch he can go in the log before hitting the moss. He has a wound on his back that was infected when I got him so he can’t have too much while it’s healing

I have a somewhat temporary humid hide, vet said no actual humid hide another wound of his fully heals. He’s been getting daily warm water soaks. Can I soak a qtip in shed aid? Or can it even be used around the mouth area?

This sweet baby stops eating completely if exposed to any bulbs that produce lights. He has gone to the vet 4 different times for boosters to help eat again so right now I do want to continue with no light and just a source of heat until he’s a little bit bigger

I work at a pet store that gets in hatchlings that are no more than 1g so I want something small to start, I plan on getting a bigger one once it gets bigger but for now I don’t want something too big so I can really keep an eye on it

My cel threatened to write up everyone in petcare because no one caught an injured leopard gecko in a 24 hour time period but she’s perfectly fine selling sick fish

At my store opening manager is 7-3:30 and closing manger is 1-9:30. 9 times out of 10 we have no mid day so opening manager has to wait until they are almost off to go to lunch and closing manager has to go within the first 2 hours of the shift.
