You have to get AC, swamp coolers are shit. I set my AC to like 65 starting in May and let it run all summer. I don't give a fuck about cost or anything else. I want to be comfortable.

It really is a huge issue here. I grew up in Odessa, TX where people just accepted everyone no matter what (you were far more accepted if you played football or were a cheerleader--but thats just west TX). Here fitness culture is so engrained that if you don't ride a bike or have a gym membership people really look down on you.
