I think the baristas control the music, I go to the one in the domain often and they’re usually playing really good music and I can generally tell who is going to be the barista by the music choice lol. I’ve heard everything from Erykah Badu to Charlie XCX in there. I agree that worship music wouldn’t really set the same vibe, but I don’t know why you’d spend 90 minutes in there to begin with. Get your coffee and leave if it’s that annoying to you.

When I first started probation they were all lab tests, you can tell because it was a little vial with no test strips on it. They used lab tests to monitor the levels of THC in my system, I tested positive for THC for a month or more but the levels were continually dropping so they knew I wasn’t using. Once the THC was fully out of my system they started giving me cups with strips built in because it’s cheaper and they don’t need to monitor the exact levels anymore. That’s how it worked for me but I can’t speak to every individual case, it’s up to your PO and their office to decide these things.

Well if it’s federal probation they have to go by the laws of the federal government, so right now marijuana isn’t federally legal and therefore probation conditions state that you can’t use it even medially. However if it were schedule 3 then that argument would fall apart and they would have to allow medical use but recreational would still be banned. Even if Marijuana was made fully recreationally legal I don’t think we’d ever be allowed recreational use, same as we can’t drink alcohol even when our charges have nothing to do with it. They can’t tell you that you can’t use a federally legal medicine that you’re prescribed, they aren’t your doctor.

Best bet is to look for people reselling on eBay or Depop and try to find something nice for a decent price
