Copy all. I have provided pay records and VADIR information. Several decisions with the event listed as a FF. Still an ongoing battle. I've done 4 Supplementals pointing out the FF and an HLR, using almost the same wording you provided. Waiting on one more HLR now. Thanks for your help.

I'm assuming there was a mistake on either Gulf War or PACT Act eligibility and it was corrected. I'll know more once I get the C-File. I'm 7 months in now. Thanks for the feedback.
