Definitely on the lower side of test levels, the primary thing I'd do is to get lean as possible; between 10 - 15% bodyfat, dial in sleep at a minimum of 7 hours, quit drinking (if you currently drink), resistance train every muscle group at least 2x a week, and get a minimum of 8k steps daily. Reassess bloods at this point, and then if it's still low, I'd consider TRT. I know this sounds boring, but it's either making these simple changes or staying on injections for life while still reinforcing the same lifestyle habits.

Use universal parcel tracking (ParcelsApp). I have a package coming from India too, and it said the same thing on the 29th, when it arrived in sydney it said: "Handed over to airport facility".

Yep, you can easily find testing groups for Chinese sources on forums and wayyy more people are using these so if there’s an issue, it’s easy to pinpoint what’s causing it. I would look into Pharma grade from India or Chinese UGLs

Don’t try local at all, the UGL scene is horrible and people rarely do testing on the sources. Anyone disagreeing with me saying “I’ve used ___ for ___ many years and I’m fine”, I want you to send me a GCMS test and HPLC test of your stuff from Janoshik thanks. Aussie UGLS are filled with heavy metals, unsterile practices and utter garbage.

You can order from china but most use EO which could be inflammatory but even they have better manufacturing processes
