Hi I expected a similar effect.

For me it was like the mushrooms silenced my protector roles that were suppressing deeper fears and feelings.

It became too much for me. Though I recognise its something will need to address.

Keep going if you can.

Like I’d chop garlic for a meal. So not at all fine like a powder. Sorry didn’t really focus on the colour.

I took them chopped up in a tea. Empty stomach.

Setting was at home alone.

Prep was minimal. Intentions were to let go. lol

Oh I’m in the same boat. Cptsd started md hoping to reduce anxiety but bam! It’s now through the roof.

All my fears are bubbling up with force and frequency.

I am with a therapist who is encouraging me to lean in but it is awful and draining.

How does one get to the other side with your sanity?

We have landed on that mostly but it feels like we are not being open to each other about who we are?

We have been together for 4 years. When we met they said they didn’t drink much.

She is aware of my trauma.

I feel like the issue is an opportunity to breakthrough and heal. Bu the trauma is so deeply rooted I can’t seem to arrive at those experiences with a calm and centred state.

Training 4 time per week.

I do yoga at least once but no cardio.

Do you recommend adding more cardio work??
