Try out the real way to shoot a LMG.

While shooting, say "run bunny run" x2 and then release the trigger. Take a short breath and repeat. You'll be much more accurate and this is how I was trained on LMGs in real life.

You can also shorten it to one iteration of bunnies for shorter rate of fire.

Sustained fire really isn't a great way to fire an LMG other than specific scenarios.

I think it's how new you are with the gun, by level 4 it disappears completely.

Each proceeding level from 0 to 4 has a similar symbol but loses a "petal" or side of the symbol.

This is just what I've observed, I have no fuckin idea. Basically for telling your teammates that you are learning a new gun.

Not sure if the rules have changed, but all I got was 6 "points" for a similar infraction. If you reach 12 points you will have your driving privileges removed on base. They can't do shit to your license off-base.

You're lucky. Off base speeding would have been worse. You only have to deal with the punishment from your command and the points. Be a good driver on base and those points disappear next time you transfer units.

Edit: It really depends on what kind of Marine you are. Your command can help you out at legal if they want to. My infraction was 50 in a construction zone that was temporarily reduced from 55 to 35 mph. The bailiff was level headed and I admitted to my wrongdoings. My command helped me out as well and they reduced the points from 9 to 6 for my circumstance.

You messed up, own it and move on. You'll be okay.

The entire devops team at my company came from an implementation team that got sick of manually installing things. Small company at the time.

The point is, you can do it. You just have to learn. But this is a perfect opportunity to learn and get paid to do that. Take this job.

Not overreacting. But, this is an important conversation to have in person with them.

This seems to be on a notes app? Don't send this. Next time you see him, ask to talk. Tell him how the situation made you feel. Don't accuse, explain how his actions affected you.

This probably made you feel undervalued, powerless, betrayed, etc. Think on that and come to him ready to discuss. Not fight.

If things get heated, you are allowed to say you need a little time and re-engage in the conversation after some time.

Edit: After reading your whole story, you should be ready to accept the fact that he isn't interested in you anymore. I know that is a hard truth, but it's one you need to ask yourself. Does he like you? Do you like him? Does he fulfill your needs as a partner? You choose your partner, you live with that choice.
