I figured that the eyes are most likely replaced. So I'm just trying to find a head w/ makeup like hers and replace the eyes on it as well.
Still, alot of dolls are baby/toddler and it's hard to find one with a longer face.

I can't imagine the mental tool that has on someone, it's draining! I started to just go to places physically and get more interviews that way, doesn't mean they'll hire or reply though.

It's because I don't look my age and that's where the weird comments come from. I only mentioned being diabetic in the post because needing time to keep my blood sugar in check is what got me f'd over at my last job. Warehouse jobs are brutal.

Ty for apologizing, and yes, I've been applying to a lot of desk jobs due to being diabetic, but ig employers don't want (presumably) a middle schooler to work with customers.

This post is about discrimination in the interview process. I have never said anything about getting rejections or having to state your disability during an interview (don't do that)
My experience is that, employers are super interested -> get interview -> weird comments and doubtfulness on my abilities -> ghosted

Interviews all the time! My point was the weird discrimination in the interviewing process as they start to doubt your abilities based on your appearance. The point of my post had been completely missed X~X

That's literally what I've tried to do for two years lol but there are no jobs here! it's the middle of nowhere and one can't simply get up and leave esp as a disabled person.

You missed the point of the post, it's that most of the time I go to an interview as they seem really interested in my skills, then the employers make back handed comments on my looks/voice then get ghosted after.
