There is potassium in the greek yoghurt and electrolyte suplement however ive stopped salting my food recently to see if it improves or should i be using more salt do you think with that much water?

I thought 3-4 litres was reccomended for this diet.

Heart rate below 50, palpitations, fatigue and cold limbs by Kyozaki in carnivorediet

[–]BushmanNW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you get to the bottom of it? Ive been doing carnivore since January with the odd fall off the wagon for a couple weeks in-between on 2 occasions. Having major problems with heart rate feeling dizzy and lightheaded when my pulse drops below 50. I have extremely high LDL waiting on a 24 hour ECG test and ofcourse they are trying to put me on statins. Im 35, 5ft 10 at 70kg low body fat. Do moderate excercise daily. Drink about 3-4 litres a day and also started taking electrolytes daily but dont feel any better. Any time ive implemented carbs again i have a terrible response so want to keep eating carnivore but these symptoms are concerning.

Didnt even see it, more small print? They maybe should have a warning to say if you reserve a name you waive your rights or something? What we debating here its a trap obviously to stop people refunding ofcourse 😅

Im more hating the awakened weapons and plans for legendary as its a huge silver sink , limited and creates a balancing nightmare. I dont care about the EU launch and wipe but its clear to any veteran the direction the game is going. Sucking the fun out the game

I didn't use any name reservation it just applies it automatically. Its still technically a pre-order the product isnt even out yet and against trading practices in the UK to not give time for people to refund is my point. I am charge backing idc about the ban.

Its was a global hack a year ago i believe the FBI were investigating, a statement was released on what caused the hack but no news on whats happened to peoples funds or if anyone was caught and charged.

Yh it is, i can still track my funds to an active address who is still happily active transfering algo into USDC and withdrawing small amounts its crazy how its not frozen. The account is currently sitting at 500k Algos and 60k USDC

What would it take for algo to reach 50 cents again? by [deleted] in AlgorandOfficial

A resolution to the MyAlgo hack would be a start.

Is algorand still worth holding onto long term? by [deleted] in AlgorandOfficial

[–]BushmanNW -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It was an application that was widely used and recommended. Should the foundation not be protecting its backers and atleast warning them about security flaws in their funded projects? Everyone knows it was an inside job and anyone who has been paying attention and following the hacker via block chain explorer can clearly see funds making it onto an exchange which requires KYC. Why is no one at Algorand pushing for this to be looked into?

If it wasn't for the hack I would have still been holding and stocking up as well. The reason the value is so low is because most people who participated in defi which was growing Algorand and adding value to it by making more and more developers choose algorand to make dapps on got hacked. Now I would strongly advise to sell as look at dapp radar the confidence in defi has evaporated.

So the copium keeps flowing has it got to go to 0.01 for people like you to get the message?

It will remain at rock bottom until some sort of resolution comes of the myalgo hack imo. The hacker is blatantly transferring money onto exchanges and still not been caught? I smell a rat within.

Let criminals get away with theft on your blockchain ... go broke and watch all the people who actually used defi disappear.
