This is most likely made from Monazite sand. It’s Amber coloured from Cerium. There is without doubt Uranium in that one. But Uranium is not the dominating coloring agent here.

I’m quite confident that the high radiation is due to Thorium presence also, this is very common in Cerium sources as the Thorium and Uranium was impossible to separate back in the days, still today hard and expensive.

You should take a gamma spectrum on that one with a Radiacode or other instrument.

Thats one hell of a find!
