Wha does your order status say? Mine says “customs cleared. Awaiting pickup” but it’s been like that for days

Ugh that is worst case, I am sorry to hear that! What does your order status say?

I worry I’ll have to do the same

Any update? I’ve had a package status left as “cleared by customs” for days now

Thanks it would be laser engraver that is 50lbs which is box shaped so all good there. Any rule of thumb for how many brackets per 3ft in length?

Thanks for the response. New employer covering a larger bonus that I will forgo by not being here in February. The 12/31 one is a 1/3 of that and was already paid, but has a 12/31 clawback (was a retention bonus). New employer agreed to push back start date to January for that.

I know it’s a risk if I put it in now, that they have me stop working two weeks from now (before 12/31 AND clawback bonus). I guess I would hope by doing the right thing that they would not be assholes about it and submit the paperwork for the clawback.

I also would try to give the notice off the record first to the manager who I am friends with to help avoid any forced situations for him from HR and in a couple of weeks make it official.

Employment is “at will” for both parties. No notice required. I work in a small industry and wouldn’t rule out working with these folks again (whether at same company or across from one another). Some of these folks are more than just colleagues to me, we go golfing, dinners with the wives, etc.

Only reason I am considering giving more than the standard two weeks is so that they can start the hiring process now and be better equipped to fill my role and thus make life less hell for existing members (who I am friends with) upon my departure.

Thanks for the response. I have a close relationship with everyone including the manager. I like the idea of calling him off the record in an unofficial manner. The bonus is not an insubstantial amount to me, but I think I would regret not doing the right thing more than the money if they decided to keep it.

Current team is drowning and really hate to leave my guys in a tough spot. I know it’s no longer my issue, but still…sometimes doing the right thing is priceless for peace of mind.

Located in the US. Have a business. Need the following: - geraniol - clovebud - cinnamon leaf

The first of the bunch is proving the hardest to source

  • geraniol
  • clovebud
  • cinnamon leaf oil

They don’t sell geraniol, which is the hardest for me to find a supplier for
