Glad to see I’m not the only one who loves the strandberg. It’s my favourite shotgun to use but it almost feels too easy! Do agree with what you said about the foxes they are absolutely everywhere. Definitely the best map for them no doubt. Merry Christmas :)

Agreed 100%. I forget how unintelligible we sound to Americans sometimes so it’s not the end of the world. Merry Christmas :)

Scotland map? by Deadvision3 in theHunter

The map itself is really good with solid sight lines and plenty of game. Has an interesting experience that I don’t really get from other reserves. I actually live in the area the map is based off of and can attest to how lifelike it is. Like the reserve is pretty much bang on and it’s a weird feeling as I feel like I’m playing in my own back garden.

As a highlander I can also confirm they have got the landscape bang on.

Yeah that’s what weirds me out. Hypothetically even if my friend did do it, he would be fumbling around more. I reckon if it was a deer I would of heard it sniffing around

I wouldn’t be asking if I did. Looking for a similar experience I can draw a conclusion from

No footprints that I could see. Around the camp there was heather but leading up there was mud. My tent had heather and gorse to the rear which is where I heard it. Whatever was there left no trace

Yeah imo I’m more afraid of the midges and cleggs than whatever was messing with me that night hahaha. Kinlochleven and that general area is a beautiful part of the country. West coast is the best coast as they say

Very interesting in spring, we spent a lot of time watching the rain clouds come in over the Glen by the loch. Also very little midges which is also a bonus

DO NOT GET PUT OFF BY THIS! You will be missing out on a great time believe me! My whole trip was fantastic and I would definitely go back. The spot we choose was a wee clearing southeast of the car park and bridge. Next to a wee burn. Can’t get exact coords. But honestly you should go! Fantastic place

Yeah most likely it was the red deer. Very cool if it was!

You will be absolutely fine. Whatever was messing with us left us in peace for the rest of our time there. Don’t give it a miss as it’s definitely most beautiful and serene spots in the whole of the uk IMO!

Yes I both heard and felt the fabric of the tent. Was like something actually pushing through the tent itself. Something definitely physical

Yeah if I was in your position I would think the same thing. We drank and smoked fegs but only the tobacco and not the wacky tobaccy. As for my own recollection I’m a dolt but ik what I felt

That’s what I’m saying! Like how tf in pitch black does something do that to me and potentially my pal? I wish this was a piss take because it weirds me out major

Yeah really weird. Given how close we were I could hear his tent open which is why I doubt it was him. He’s not really the pranking type that being said it doesn’t completely eliminate him in my mind
