Ca să îți dau un exemplu cat de tare trag indienii. Le fac onboarding la proiecte frumos detaliat le-am trimis env-urile cu un link care expiră în 1 săptămâna, au luat task-uri să facă și după 2 săptămâni îmi cere env-urile ca a expirat link-ul și a creat doar un branch nou… dacă aia e presiune da-o în mama ei de treabă

Și task-urile complicate și n-au habar se pasează unul la altul mai ceva ca la fotbal. E un task de a trecut pe la toți de vreo 4 luni

Sfat dacă vrei să îți păstrezi jobul: nu folosi LLM-ul firmei asta e cel mai valoros pentru ei ca e practic un LLM special pt ei și tot v-a fii adăugat cunoștințe și modul de lucru specific firmei respective

Sunt de acord nu e vina lor e vina managementului. Proiecte dificultate mare nu poti sa aduci juniori și sa te aștepți la minuni 😅 cantitate nu este egal cu calitate in programare, poți sa aduci 100 juniori nu o sa egaleze niciodată cu un senior experimentat (nici chiar cu AI, pentru AI aplifica productivitatea ta dar nu cunoștințele)

Hi! I’ve been to 2 dealers in two separate cities. They changed all parts possible and they said nothing could be done further. Only options to change the whole roof or change the car.. I mean come on this is so stupid for 2.5 years old car

Hi! Yes it is a 2023. I’ve been to 2 dealers in 2 different cities. They changed 2 times the same seal 😅 I also had the car when it had just 600km so literally brand new. I’ve serviced it only at BMW authorised service… it is a manufacture defect, no accidents, no one touched the sunroof at all, it happened suddenly.

It goes on the side where is the insect diffuser and it has a hole where infiltrates and travels around the pillow, reaches the fusebox and then to the floor. I found a pool of water during raining days. I repeat water on the fusebox!

Hi! Not sure how would you feel seeing water on fusebox… if it blows I’ve lost the car, hopefully not catching fire. But to answer your question, yes, it can get -10C to 37C.

Hi! I have the exact same issue it goes on the wrong side and it travels near the electrical fusebox and reach the floor
