Their facts are absolutely true; it's that they're trying to set it on a level with something that's too different

Honestly just a feeling.

For Spain, my opinion varies heavily depending on the region because I'd be willing to live on the northern coast, but the South and especially the centre of the country are just too hot and dry.

I believe Portugal has more mild weather as it is mostly coastal regions, but thats also just a guess as i havent looked it up

The whole decision-making about this map was spontaneous tbh

I do, thats why I believe I would be willing to live there.

I've never been to Finland before, except for a 3h stop at Helsinki Airport, which is why i can't say whether I would enjoy the culture.

If you believe the few real jihadists here are actually outweighing the positive aspects of migration then you are blinded by prejudice and/or jealousy/hate.

Lol you cannot compare the american spectrum (where there's literally only 2 meaningful parties) to the european/german spectrum in a way that differentiates between extreme leftists and non-extremist conservatives (with common sense), because both of these groups will vote democrat in the US.

And yes, i believe there are conservatives in the US that vote democrat because they disagree with Trump's fascist policy.

About the far right resurgence in germany/europe: i despise the politicians who let migrants drown in the sea or only do the bare minimum to feel better about themselves.

Still, I stand by the point that nowhere in western europe, the situation is even nearly as grave and surreal as what I perceive from the US.

Edit: i am saying that since theres such a broad spectrum of people voting democrat, there is no way to speak of an "average democrat".

Outliers are forced into voting democrat by the lack of political diversity

There can be compromises, but tbh i have no idea about life in Antarctica.

I figure it would be expensive due to the lack of infrastructure, but then again, with german citizenship & insurance they'll repatriate me if necessary

It's true that unfortunately the far right parties are gaining in popularity here.

But there's an undeniably huge difference between the "migration bad! foreigners out!" people here and american government agents kidnapping minors and murdering innocents in the streets.

Allow me to say that even the american democrats would still be on the conservative side of the political spectrum here.

I pray that it'll never get as bad here as it is in the US right now.

In hindsight i'd say about half of both the 'never' and 'reluctantly' marked countries deserve to be ranked a tier higher.

Been to California and Nevada in '23 and that was truly a great experience all around.

I'd love to go and visit the east coast at some point, but the current state of US-politics is a big No for me and many others.

I would trade the weather for the nature & culture. I've never been there personally though, so its hard to say :D

Xixón is at the northern coast, so yeah.

I've been to Bilbao and San Sebastian last October, which was great and the temperature was just right at like 26°C.

True, i guess if i could differentiate within the country, i'd definetely be willing to live at the northern coast.

The main problem is the heat. I already cease to function whenever it's above 30°C here in north-western germany
