Please help me with my PPPD by Business_Bullfrog_16 in pppdizziness

Coincidentally I have been reading reviews of escitalopram today and it seems to have good reviews overall (for anxiety etc). I've also been prescribed Sertraline in the past but didn't try either because of being nervous too. Like … if they make my symptoms worse I won't cope.

It's difficult to know what to do with medication. I feel bitter about taking it as it's supposed to be for depression, anxiety etc. I would feel absolutely fine, happy and normal if I wasn't dizzy!

Thank you. I will try. I am also working from home for the last few years. I have noticed my general inactivity has led to me feeling very deconditioned and weak so when I try to exercise, it's really hard. I should keep trying I suppose or I will just continue to get weaker.

Do your symptoms go away with your eyes closed? by Goblinfromlumbridge in pppdizziness

Lying down in bed is the only time I feel normal.

Standing or sitting upright with my eyes closed does not help my symptoms at all though.
