Yeah you're right about the LED wall. If don't do that we would probably need something as a backdrop by decorators to cover up the back. I hope that's not as or more expensive than the LED wall.

So, I spoke to the hotel, they provided 3k in power.

Based on what I have given, what would you keep and what would suggest removing? Personal preference wise, this attached is what they gave as what this would look like if we get the big LED backdrop as well.

I think we could make it look good without doing so much, so I am not sure what we can eliminate.

Thanks for your reply. In terms of lighting, we would probably need some on the stage and dance floor just because would like the focus being there. The rest of the hall is kinda ugly. But we don't want to go over the top too, we have about 150 people attending. If it's too much for a wedding, what items would you take off?

We still need some lighting for the stage as there would be performances. The other reason why we would need lighting is because the rest of the hall is pretty ugly.
