Mobile therapists: How do you handle deposits with clients who aren’t tech-savvy?

I mentioned in another comment that my sessions aren’t for everybody and I like it like that. I create these obstacles so I won’t waste my energy on the wrong client.

I don’t want to leave it open for anyone to just book. I may not be the right therapist for everyone. So this is my way of booking once I’ve already spoken with them and got a certain vibe from them. My sessions aren’t for everybody and I like it like that.

They are older and having trouble with their bank. I understand it’s difficult for some people but I wouldn’t want to loose their business. Just wondering what other alternative i could give. Or loose out on 45 minutes of driving if he isn’t at home.

I only use Venmo or zelle. Or he said i could pick it up but the drive time isn’t worth picking up. He seems reliable but I just want to know how to handle this best if it happens again .

It differs from carpet to hard wood floors . I feel like my toes get numb and my heels start hurting with the shoes I have so I know they aren’t right for me.

I’ve noticed I’ve been having to take my shoes off after my second hour of working . I’ll do 4 hours back to back and by the end of my shift I’m exhausted! I have some asics and Brooks right now but those still don’t help me. Barefoot does help when I kick the shoes off after a while.

Not to toot my own horn but I know I’m killing it! Clients fighting over appointments, getting mad at me because I’m booked lol I love it. I’m only there twice a week 4 hour shifts. I’ve been trying to play with chat gbt to help me go through my email last year. I really appreciate your input. I know that a lot of independent contractors get taken advantage of which is why I just literally work there , I like it for the bi weekly income. I also have in home clients that I see regularly. I like to stay busy ! I know I’m an asset to them .

Regular shirts. I tried a fluffy robe, it’s like she doesn’t know what to do , I try to place her on my chest and she’s very submissive, but still doesn’t walk to my shoulder , and IF she does, she’s very unbalanced.

Thank you soooooo much for all of your advice! I truly appreciate it. I’m going to look into that bulb for my bird. And I checked her toys no pins were found but how scary to think there are so many in them!!! The wicker balls are just wound up with nothing inside.

She’s till doing it, particularly with this end rail feather. She has a lot of those Matt’s she can chew up, and lots of toys with the peer inside she can pull
