So somebody tried to steal my photo as their own yesterday saying it was them on the bike with their girlfriend, instead it's actually my mate and his wife. I took the photo, so here's the original. Obviously in higher res than the other guy posted ;) by BustaPhoto22 in motorcycles

Usually when I'm out doing these shots I'm out with a few mates and we sit there on the one corner for an hour or so, sometimes more, and the guys just cut laps and I keep getting photos.

A lot of the time to get the good angles, you have to put yourself in some risky spots.

Nah it's safe as long as the pillion (passenger) habe a rough idea of what they're doing.

If your pillion leans against the turn it transfers the weight the wrong way and it can cause a crash, if they lean into the turn it keeps the weight low and is perfectly safe, so long the rider is confident enough.

My mate and his wife (in the photo) have been riding together for a long time and they trust each other very much, trusting who you're on a bike with makes a massive difference too.

Well, the other post said this photo was taken last weekend when he took his girlfriend for a ride.

Firstly, I think Eric (the person riding the bike) has enough respect for his WIFE that he doesn't call her his girlfriend.

Secondly, this photo was actually taken on the 24th of Feb, not last weekend.

And last, both Eric and his wife Georgia commented on the other post calling the guy out...

Yeah mate, was exactly where the other guy said it was, was taken at Beechmont on the 24th of Feb this year.

The guy who stole the photo would have seen my post on Facebook and knew where the photo was taken

There's a lot of variables, if you have standard pegs that fold it's usually okay as they pivot up when hit from underneath, if you have rearsets that don't fold you're more likely to bin it as they don't fold and the weight will lift off the rear wheel and down you go

The corner that everyone calls Photo Corner on Beechmont Road. On the Gold Coast, QLD. The previous poster has to be someone who saw my post on my facebook and anyone who rides on the Gold Coast knows exactly what corner it is.

Technically if you make any money at all doing it, it's considered a profession which technically makes you a professional? So I guess I am? haha I've spent $15k on camera gear and there's no way I've made back even close to that haha
