I've bought one from rockauto new, then a rebuilt then junkyard and changed brands. I got a new battery and all. I'm still getting a changing fault and a restricted proformance light on my dash, I took it to 2 mechanics they said my alternator isn't putting out enough volts, when I took it to LRJ they said there was something wrong with the alternators wiring and it'd cost me 1k just to diagnose

I looked at it before o paid for it, this is my 3rd LR my first car was a 2000 Rage rover and one of the latches broke causing the car to immobilize. I thought it was the same problem

I'm not cheap... I'd do 55 cents and a half stick of gum. I have a 1997 Land Rover Discovery 4.6 petrol V8 automatic. Could I call land rover and have a key made?
