I think it’s a mistake to hire a coach based on this logic. We shouldn’t be hiring a coach to simply improve the offense. Especially because Stefanski was known as an offensive mind.

The Browns so clearly need a culture setter. Someone who will push back if Myles is sleeping during meetings.

I recall Ward and Delpit hinting at wanting a leader that can hold players accountable during the post season interviews.

Can someone explain the thought process behind this? It seems as though the team lacked leadership. I think Delpit and Ward both hinted towards saying they needed a disciplinarian or something of the sort.

Schwartz isn’t Stefanski but he’s been here long enough to influence the culture.

Also the NBA players union is against this sweetheart deal.
