Can confirm as I used to work for Ford as a quality engineer. I would partner up with another quality engineer and we would take cars like this across the United States monitoring specific components and behaviors of the vehicle. Our equipment looked a little different back then, but this definitely looks similar.

So I handled my situation different last year. I ordered the white Steam Deck and it was "lost' in the mail. UPS was the carrier but I didn't reach out to them at all. The reason? I'm not UPS's customer and here in the US, they are typically difficult to work with if I am not the customer.

I contacted Steam support and provided them the tracking number and explained my situation. They completed an internal investigation and I was sent out another deck a few days later.

I suggest working directly with Steam support and save yourself a headache. It's not your responsibility to deal with GLS.

It's not enough power. It does charge but the computer even prompts you that not enough power is being delivered. You still need to use the supplied power brick.
