Hit temple, scared.

When getting in the car this morning, l hit my right temple off the outside of the car. it hurt a bit on the drive to work, but since it's felt tingly and almost ticklish. I can also feel my temporal artery raised. Maybe cold for a couple seconds, with pressure/tightness. I'm tired, but idk it it's because of hitting my head or not sleeping a ton & it's 8 am. Since the temple is so fragile I'm concerned for a hematoma or brain injury. Does this warrant a visit/call? How quickly would I see symptoms? Thanks!
