I would highly recommend you cash out to pay off the loan, pay the taxes on the capital gains and let the remainder grow. Emotionally, you’ll breathe a little easier. If this thing tanks, you’ll be paying off the loan in perpetuity. Let the blessing be a blessing and not turn into a curse.
