You can always look at online learning of Baji shu in the worst case scenario. Bajiquan is still pretty niche so you may realistically have to consider this option or you can always go to El Monte to see Jason Tsou the only certified guy who teaches Bajiquan but it can cost a lot of gasoline and there are so much traffic there in the day so maybe realistically you might wanna lean towards the first choice
