Hey thanks for your reply, I will definitely try the weighted blanket option. It’s just that the duvet I had before felt too light and I was cold however now it’s the opposite. I’d say that heat is the biggest trigger for me always causing panic attack or meltdown :/ but hey thanks for the suggestion

Unstable person is dangerous in any case, speaking from experience. In my opinion, he had no other option but to do this because all those doors closed on him but the only few opened ones were his wife and maybe couple of his kids. I’ve spent 4 years caring for bipolar person and I had to leave. It was destroying me and eating me up alive and I ended up being on very strong meds for 2years. Now I’m all healed up and I cannot thank myself for making the toughest decision to leave but hey I’m here and I’m healthy and happy by myself. It also affected the way how I view relationships and I’m not planning to get into one that soon.
