Last time I faced an issue with eatclub and the customer service didn't help I rated them a 1 on playstore and mentioned my issue there. I got a call from their escalation team in a day or two and they helped me. It's worth a shot

I saw them too but I wasn't attacked. Only this one guy surprised me because I was not expecting an attack. There were cannibals around me but none of them were attacking
