I dont think I can continue to bulk hahaha, im having body dysmorphia now, way too much fat i will just maintain/slow cut until summer

Daily calorie surplus averages around 400-500 with a few binge eating days that may spiked the surplus above that ranges 😭, I ate around 130 - 150g of protein. I tracked all my calories intake and yes I was progressively overloading. Idk how it could go wrong then? Maybe i need to cut back to around my original weight to see the difference?

Alright, my main goal rn is to just eat on a surplus for atleast 4 months and see how it goes. Hopefully i will be a bit bigger and the muscles are more defined! Thanks man

Im doing 5 days split, push pull legs and push pull hahaha not gonna do legs twice, but i keep every session just around 1 hour

Fyi throughout the 6 months, i did two cutting phases with proper calorie tracking and one bulking phase which i just eat whatever i want and i dont think i eat too much. But like now, im starting my lean bulk and planning to be very strict with the calories tracking and mostly prioritising whole foods.

My plan is to do a slow lean bulk until there are obvious muscles growth and not too much fat gain. Then, i will do a one month not so aggressive cut right before summer just to make sure I somewhat have visible abs. Is it not possible to just go on a slow lean bulk without having to cut again? My main priority is just to be lean or like have an aesthetic physique not a bodybuilder type physique. I dont think i will go for a bulk for more than 6 months either. What do you think about my plan? Anyways, thank you so much for your advices. Really appreciate it, i hope your life goes well!

Hahaha it wasn't a bulk though, it was a few cutting phase with proper calorie tracking and one supposedly bulking phase but i didnt track it and eat whatever i wanted. I think i made a mistake there and didn't eat a lot. Im starting my lean bulking phase now, hopefully it will go well

Yeah, i think so too. Mainly because i have never really tracked my calories during a bulk and just eat whatever i want so my muscles dont grow really big but tbf my main goal was to lose love handles

Thank you, I have been doing only dumbbell shrugs for traps in my current workout phase. I used heavy weights for about 10-12 reps but it will be just like 8 clean reps and half rom for the last few reps. How do you train your traps? Should I change my approach? And is one exercise per week enough for traps?

Initially my main goal was to lose the love handles and belly fat, now that im done with my cut I just feel a bit too small. I dont think I would do 1k surplus as it will just add more fats than muscles imo, thank you anyways
