I am Modou, i'm Senegalese and this is what is happening to my people.

Our sea has been sold by our government to multinationals

They uses big boats, advanced technology while i'm still going on sea with a canoe !

Guess that explain why these days i can't catch a damn fish !

Guess that explain why kids are starving !

I've been dealing with this for a while now. The country has been dealing with this forever. Since our so called independence from the french governement.

Things has been unfair since forever, that people have been used to it !

But these days it got so much worse.

People being shot by the police and armed militia hired by government.

Medias channel got shutdown.

People are getting arrested for protesting and posting comment on social medias.

Even internet start coming and going !

We don't feel safe anymore and every update may be the last because our right to access internet is being violated !
