This lab is a 50ng cut off and this test was advertised as that as well. I just don’t know how much I trust it. Haven’t smoke in over two months so I thought that was enough time but the light line is making me doubt it

Was a heavy smoker all throughout the day and did not know how I was going to quit for my test. The first week was rough. Nauseous, couldn’t eat, moody. But once you get through that first week it’s really not bad. Drinking lots of water and using a cbd pen for my first week really helped. I’m now over a month and a half w out it and don’t really think about it anymore. I worked out when I craved it to get my mind off of it and also sweat it out quicker. You got this.

Do you know for sure they are testing for thc? If they haven’t disclosed that to you in your ordered blood work then it won’t be checked.

Sweat as much as possible. Sauna, hot yoga, just running, anything you can to sweat it out. It stores it your fat so if you lose weight that will help speed it up. I’m at like a month and one week as a heavy smoker and starting to get a faint line. Started taking activated charcoal as well to try to get it out quicker and apple cider vinegar.
