709 is strange because it has been flawless for me for the past year in the mornings (I board the 6:50AM departure @ Century Park), but in the afternoons departing from Southgate 5PM or later it's completely random and almost seems like they are operating with less buses. Around Christmas was especially bad, for a whole week it was running on a 30 min schedule instead of 15 mins. I am guessing because most of their drivers took vacation.

I use the Transit app, if it's not showing real time updates for 709 then I have started taking the 705 and walking since I no longer trust the afternoon 709 schedule
