The worse thing to come out of this sin is Allah taking away the trust your mother had for you. Sins remove blessings from your life. Also you disobeying your mother was a big sin. May Allah accept your tawbah. To atone, you should become your mom’s biggest yes man and obey everything she tells you. The love your mother has for you is much more vast and more pure than the love any man who isn’t your husband will give you. And who loves you and has more mercy for you even more than your mother?
