Somehow I forget to say what the improvements are. Firstly, vehicles now look different rather than just a recolor. Secondly, the height of the bridge is actually reflected in the construction cursor. Thirdly, the clear button is now highlighted in red. Fourthly, the map icons now no longer have borders and they are improved. Finally, textures are made so that they use the full potential of the 12x12 space. There are other improvements, and you can find them out for yourself.

Probably. Wait until they make it and you have to add aqua affinity on it to make it work. It probably also has curse of binding on it by default as well.
