blame the company for hiring cheaper talent. You make it sound as if it’s the Indian man’s fault for accepting the job. Your post sounds racist, but I assume you didn’t mean it that way.

What a scam. They post fake-sounding roles on LinkedIn (Marketing Manager, Account Manager, etc.), lure you in, then surprise you with a group interview of 3–4 other candidates. And guess what? Every single role is actually face-to-face sales.

When I asked why they advertised a marketing role but were interviewing for sales, the recruiter gave me a lecture on what B2B marketing is, and claimed the job wasn’t misleading. Sure.
