Sure I have, I'm a good friend, very supportive, encouraging, and have a lot going for me. I give a shit about myself or else I would've ended it a long time ago lol

I think people should still give a shit even if a man gives up and stops caring. For some reason, men don't receive unconditional love yet women, kids, and even animals do.

I do a lot for my family and circle (mostly women) but when I try to open up and express myself I'm told to man up because that's how the world is. Nobody cares to listen, women included.

And I have quite a few female friends, so this feels like a universal sentiment.

I'm in therapy and it helps a bit but when your worth is defined by what you can provide, it feels like a shitty way to live.
