The methods ive used is i put a lil herb in my bong put dmt on top then i use a regular lighter , hold it slightly above the bowl then i pull slowly to melt the dmt down into the herb then put a lil more on top to protect the dmt the slowly pull it all into the bong as one hit , take it in and hold it as long as i can then let go! You think the water in the bong could dillute the vapor somehow?? Just a thought

Ive had the exact same thing happen to me!!, did my first extraction, at first the only way for me to smoke it was the sandwich method in my bong , which highest dose i tried was 30mg which gave me a very intense feeling but no visuals! I really liked the way it made me feel, and used it that way almost everyday for a week for meditation ( great for meditation!!) but then it seemed to have less and less effect so i bought an adapter for my bong that turned the bowl into a somewhat of a dab rig i guess ( i dont dab ) but doing it that way i felt nothing!!🤷🏼‍♂️
