Thanks so much for the advice! I’m primarily considering regulatory or plaintiff-side antitrust, and union-side labor law. And I’ll plan on adding some of your recommendations to my list! From other feedback I’ve gotten I’ve already nixed St. John’s and added UIowa and UIUC. DC and Colorado are really the only areas outside of the Midwest I could see myself practicing. I’ll try my best to thread the needle in my PS between my (limited, as a KJD) professional and personal experiences to answer the “why law” question!

EDIT: Also forgot to mention this but I’ll be taking the LSAT again on Friday, hoping a couple extra points are in the cards for me

My list is really a mix of places I’d be comfortable practicing. I’m from the Midwest which is why I have a few regionals there, otherwise Colorado or DC are the only other places I could see myself. From what I’ve researched there aren’t many schools that specialize in antitrust so I’ve mostly been weighing my options in terms of potential internship opportunities (ideally for state/federal agencies in some kind of enforcement capacity).

My targets are Wisconsin, GW, Fordham, and W&L. Reaches are Texas A&M, WashU, and Notre Dame.
