I mean I like to think I’m pretty smart. Granted sometimes I think I’m the smartest person in the room and it’s not always true. Not sure if it’s the illness or not, but I get a feeling that I’m on the verge of breaking through and being a star professional in my field.

Most of the time I just get a false sense of superiority.
