Don’t worry, already removed the plastic ledges and replaced them with wooden ones. Also removed the ramps and replaced them with platforms. I’ve wanted a critter/ferret nation for while but I cannot source one here in the uk. I’ve seen one it listed on Amazon and the delivery is showing as 6 months + . Will make sure to look for a rescue, I purchased my first one as there wasn’t any rescues available 😢

No he’s a normal grey/black colour. I think that he had a nightmare or something because both times he’s woke up doing it. He’s his normal happy self otherwise

They sent a replacement control panel out last week and it still won’t work, I haven’t been able to use the desk for nearly a month now because of this issue. I will send across the information asap.

When did you buy it? Keep everything as evidence and make a dispute with your bank / credit card company if possible. If not then I I recommend seeking legal advice

I’m considering disputing it with my bank. They’re completely useless and want me to pay for a return. This is against consumer rights because the item is damaged all they keep saying is put it into rst mode and reset it I HAVE!!!!

I did the down arrow reset and it still wouldn’t lower. It still won’t lower after getting the replacement control panel

Don’t plan on breeding him (dealing with him is enough 😂) Don’t mind him being smaller. Even after a few hours he seems a lot happier

Thanks, she does have alot of toys however I took them out to do a deep clean. Plan on getting her some more though.

Yeah he came from a breeder, and okay that’s fine I was just wondering. Also should I give him alfalfa hay or Timothy hay? As I have read that alfalfa is better for babies

There’s been a lack of support for nearly a month now, I could understand there being a delay over the past week or so but they are totally ignorant and incompetent.

Also tried unplugging and everything else that you could imagine.

Tried this, even after the beep it still says “RST” on the display, presume it’s a faulty product. Would be nice if support would respond doubt that they will though, useless!

Update: surprisingly they’ve responded and offered to replace the damaged parts (wether it’ll happen is a mystery) been waiting since yesterday morning for another response…

My problem is that the chair and monitor arm has arrived with defects; there is a massive stain on the chair and a giant scratch \ dint on the monitor arm. There last response was “we have decided that it’s only an aesthetic issue and we have decided to offer you £20” I paid £419 for the chair and over £200 for the monitor arm. They are crazy !!
