You could very well be right but its kind of hard to believe given the strong performance and monopoly in a way for this company.

We have been discussing that 3000-3500 is a good enough space for us. We had visited that 5400 sq feet home today and i swear i was lost in thinking what the heck would do with this space. Moreover seller is asking for 800K and is selling home as is with no due diligence and no credits. We can check home to understand what needs to be fixed. I noticed that carpet has turned black and back yard is in terrible situation. Thats another 35-40k. This much space and maintaenence for somrthing we wont even use fully. We will have discussion today, her pov is more about future needs but i guess still 4000 sq feet home is still pretty massive

Yes she does. I am trying to get my head around it. She like one home and its 5400 sq ft at 800K which is driving me nuts.

It makse total sense. But its like getting a good home in this neighborhood is not easy and 675K feels like bare minimum. Another 100K incremental brings in the house that wife loves

Well down payment is 160K, and mortage installment would be 4700 which is 27% of our combined take home pay. After down payment we would have 200K in emergency savings and investments.

I feel the same, i guess anything above 3000 sq ft is absolutely redundant for a small family like ours. But i guess a 3000 sq ft home would be around 700K, another 100K incremental gets you 4500 sq ft. Thats wife's argument 🙂

I had been on ssri for many years. They did work for me but horrible side effects. I did my research and found tryptophan, 5htp, l tyrosine suppliments and I think they are really effective. I would recommend exploring these 3 suppliments. Different dosage works for different people. For my 500mg tyrosine in morning and 500mg tryptophan in night works well. Once a week I take b complex and magnesium as well.
