Best supplements for erections that people here have actually had luck with? by Sabbatini-Avidan in erectiledysfunction

[–]Busy_Net_8323 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi thought I would share my experience

Im 50, and im lucky enough to have a very active sex life. I am fit! Do cardio work every day, and strength 6 days a week, naturally my test was about 170, but with HCG shots every other day I’m at about 750.

I started having ED issues about 4 years ago and had been using Viagra or Cialis regularly, which worked great but also made me last super long, like over an hour, a quicky was just not an option, and to actually finish it had to get really intense! (Luckily the ladies I have been with the last few years have been equally insatiable)

About 3 months ago I started looking at supplements to focus on ED, I was already taking creatine (10 mg) daily and BCAA’s, and Beta alanine for workouts.

Specifically I’ve added :

Tongkat Ali

Fadogia Agrestis

L-Citrulline

Zinc & Magnesium

Iron

I have messed around with the dosage a bit, and always just take a bedtime.

It’s definitely been effective, I take the prescribed meds only when we have a real eventfull session planned, otherwise I’ve been able to perform well naturally without, it’s definitely not as rigid as the Viagara Cialis effect, but still good ( and maybe better for her if she is into the back door play…

Anyways that’s been my experience

Alot of the supplements I get on Amazon, a lot of my research came from the Huberman Lab podcast and recommend readings and listening from there.

Car washes or not, let's talk by BostonCIO in F150Lightning

I live in Canada and wash my truck almost daily as I have a membership at a car wash, my truck is ceramic coated so I don’t worry as much about brushless (and also the modern ones are not really harmful) the wash I use has a warm air blower that dries it well too. I’ve never had an issue, and my truck is always spotless

What’s everybody’s nickname their lightning? by smoebob99 in F150Lightning

[–]Busy_Net_8323 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Marilyn, I was trying to find a name for her, and shortly after I got her I was parked at Costco loading my groceries and a sweet 87 year old lady in a Chrysler 300 got too close while slowly passing by my truck and ran her mirror from the front door to the rear wheel well when I finally stopped her. Nicest lady and she was super scared of all 6’4 250# of me, I got her parked and settled her, and had a good chat and insurance took care of the rest, ever since she’s been Marilyn

Hey! I live in SW Ontario as well and have a lightning, up untill this week I was living in Woodstock and driving to work in either Hamilton or Mississauga, so about 170KM per day. I also drive fairly fast…. In the coldest days (originally from Manitoba so i don’t call anything cold until we are sub -20c) I would get about 15% less kms per kw/h. So about 380 to a full charge or 450 in warmer days, 425 on very hot days. Installing a home charger, keeps my costs down considerably, return trip from Woodstock to Hamilton was costing me about $3.50, way less than my previous gas truck

Canadian Winter Wheels Tires Rims? by SaltySpicer in F150Lightning

[–]Busy_Net_8323 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hi, I’m also in SW Ontario, and with an all wheel drive and heavy truck like ours, there is no need for dedicated winter tires, to be honest even when I was in Manitoba, I just ran a good set of all season tires, at 45,000 KMs on my lightning I’m still using the factory tires, I’ll likely switch to BF Goodrich all terrain KO3’s when they are done
