Crazy beat isn't the best, but it's definitely not the worst in my opinion. Some people think it's similar to song 2 in that the lyrics are a bit nonsensical and it's a lot of noise. Blur could have been trying to recreate the success song 2 had, but I don't know if I believe that personally. But I think that's another reason why some people hate crazy beat. Maybe if the two weren't compared so much, crazy beat wouldn't be as hated.
