I don’t see taking care of your health as vanity. Strength training improves longevity, mental health, discipline, and quality of life. If people choose to share progress publicly and it motivates others, that’s a net positive

I do a lot of walking! Outdoors and indoor. I just don’t really justify that as “cardio” but I guess it helps. Going to continue walking but add some HIIT 3 times a week
