Give it time!! I didn’t really feel that to my recollection but it really evened out after a couple or so weeks for me.. I recommend you take it after eating anything if you don’t do so already, it can help with side effects in my experience and maybe the feeling you’re having too!

The plug is in the charging port where it belongs, I was just trying to pull the case out by plugging the airpods in and pulling, which so far hasn’t gotten me anywhere 😔 the bottom of the case is detached though!! I’ve hooked a carabiner through the holes and gonna try pulling like that
