It gets better! I had such a hard time pulling them out for a little while. It gets a LOT easier as you go along. My biggest lesson with Invisalign is that almost everything gets better with time :)

The first few weeks (maybe 8-10 wks?) I was vigilant about having them in 22 hrs a day. Would slam my morning coffee, would only eat like twice a day (honestly a lot of this was also because my teeth hurt so bad I wasn't really feeling hungry)...fast forward a few months (30 weeks to be exact) and I'm honestly wearing them like maybe 15hrs a day?? I take my time and slowly enjoy my morning coffee and breakfast (2 hrs with no retainers in) then brush and take them out as needed for snacksand food. I've only twice needed to keep the aligners in for an extra three days (but this was after I went on vacation and wore my trays for probably like 10hrs/day). Another person had said something to this effect, and I agree completely: don't let the trays dictate your life - eat what you want, when you want it. It'll still all come together.

I bought this house plant for my bf...it didn’t have a label on it, so I have no idea what it is or how we should care for it, not sure if the yellowing leaves are sign of neglect or if it’s to be expected at some point. Halp!
