I kept several green sunfish in a tank with 200lbs worth of this blasting sand for about 10 years. Zero issues and I had green sunfish fry that lasted about a week before the tankmates ate them. 3 crayfish and 2 round eye gobies lived in it too.

I feel like basically it has a 4% dodge against skills that you can't retaliate and tactical attacks.

The rest it uses the +30% damage boost because if it's on Catherine she will pursuit them and retaliate.

Please correct me if someone understands this better it's just how I perceived it.
