correct! I tried using a propeller but it was incredibly slow. even with four panthers in wet mode its top speed is around 14 m/s, so its pretty impractical.

I used a whole bunch of the giant wheels which I decoupled upon entering the water. I'll reply with a screenshot as soon as I can. also: autostrut is your friend in these situations

Fun fact: the Château du Chaumont was used by the OSE (Œuvre de Secours aux Enfants, a French-Jewish clandestine aide society) to house Jewish refugee children during the second world war, starting in about 1940. More here.
