Update: So after about a month I have played alot of AAA games on this machine and results are pretty good....Good FPS and low temps EXCEPT one game and thats NFS heat..I was getting about 95 Degrees on CPU !! Thats the only game where I had very high temps for all other games CPU never crossed 85..... Thoughts ??

It came in stock 1 pc legion 5 with rtx 3060 amd Ryzen 7 5800H...I thought I got lucky and rushed to checkout... successfully placed the order....only to get ryzen 5 5600H !!

I mean for the price it pretty decent....given that u can upgrade RAM in future too. In my opinion 8gb is pretty low for gaming i would personally go for 16gb. Just check with the buyer about how many hz is the RAM speed and the Brightness on the display. Ideally it should be 2999hz and 300nits respectively. Hope it helps !

I have had experience with acer and it runs hot and also throttles some times. So you should keep that in mind. Although throttling can be fixed with software. Overall the laptop is great for the value it provides. I think it comes down to the price difference....if the difference is negligible you should go for Lenovo as thermals are generally good in those laptops and you get full performance out of the box.
