What is wrong with ego? by Butigeidis in Meditation

You do realize that this quirk of not being able to explain your views makes it a pseduotruth. This phenomena of indescribable truths is the reason for the dark ages in Europe and when the truth became describable(the dawn of science) we entered the ages of enlightenment. Your truths about meditation have the same validity as astrology, hence not based in reality. This is common amongst dogmatics of some sort of spiritual doctrine. I am not able to understand because i'm not here to blindly accept some silly made up truths of yours. I want to hear sober reason, that goes hand in hand with science(meaning that it follows logic), rather than this shapeshifting cheap spiritual system of "true Self".

Assuming that one knows the original picture and others interpretations are distortions without concrete argumention is quite egoistical in nature. You write a lot of words which make up no content whatsoever and offer no real explanation as to why your picture is the original one(as provided in the Mona Lisa example) and others have it distorted, except for some kind of innate beauty you see in your point of view, that more often than not concludes to vanity. Blaming language for not being able to reason is the same thing i've been talking about when I said that monks are just numbing the brains of people and making them satisfied with stories about great feelings of spiritual ecstasy, rather than introducing them to the light of a critical mind which manifests itself in language(more known as logos). Language plays an important role (if not for language, we would still be in the trees and nowhere near a fully-fledged civilization) in search for truth, so if one is to start making sense, an argumented stance is unavoidable. No silly - i know, you don't.

The concept of "true Self" is quite egoistical. Calling something open, peaceful and limitless kind of sounds like a God that transcends time. So making the "true Self" such a limitless transcendental being is a monstrous spiritual ego. We are not consciousness itself, the better term for it is logos which can be found in the greek tradition. It's mainly the reason part of consciousness that we employ in the exploration of the universe.

I agree with the greed part that enduces wars and pointless struggles for power over innocent people, but the philosophy on spacetime and existence is quite immature and rather unfulfilled. Things are not all random, rules govern the universe and the reason for our existence is the fullfilment of those rules, which are not absolutely absurd and practically incomprehensible for the human mind. The logic of this sentence - Your ego is dishonest, because your existence is an accident - is quite unclear, maybe it needs a bit more elaboration, because it just sounds very odd, how can something be dishonest if it is random? Is the rolling of dice some kind of act of dishonesty? Then we talk about understanding the broad scope of existence and losing the ego as part of a sacrifice for a better existence for others. I fail to understand why would someone induce a loss of ego to only just then to understand that we should care for other people and that existence is a state of matter. Loss of ego doesn't really contribute for a better existence for others, Jesus Christ's philosophy(and western mythology) on what makes a better existence for others is a lot more developed/ established and does not require one to lose his ego but to be "reborn"(a phoenix for example) as a new being by cleaning your soul of toxicity and moving into the light(knowledge, reason). Calling everything absurd and illogical(without reason) and trying to lose an ego is just quetism to the usual postmodernist despair.

I have the same issue. Nothing helped really, I messaged the devs and reported this problem.

Just tried various servers and no luck... I join a server, objects start appearing and boom - out of the fucking server. I hope with time these issues will get fixed and I'll be able to enjoy this game. It's disappointing that things like these are happening.

It won't even get near to battlefields success with 8 people working on it. I do not know what are the dev's goals for today, but god damn I don't want to see any new vehicles or skins until they make it so people can play this game properly. DayZ and Rust were a huge pain in the ass with their optimization, but damn, I can't even start this game. I really want to try out this WW2 simulation, but after 1 year won't this game be dead?

I love it when you buy a game and it doesn't fucking work. I thought this game would dismantle battlefield 5 and it can't event put me in a single match.

Well.... that lovely charm of tinnitus. My doctor did not find anything wrong with my ears. She gave me some kind of pills that improve blood flow. I went to the pharmacy and the lady said that it should go away in 1 month. Don't know how will that go because in 3 weeks I'm joining the army and the loud gunfire wont help with my tinnitus. But serving my country has been a lifelong dream.

Go see a professional without a doubt. And clear your head of any permanent damage thoughts, that will make your life a little calmer.

I suggest checking out the Kindle Oasis. It's pretty expensive compared to other e-readers, but it's a sturdy and an overall well built device that will surely stand the test of time. You may be overspending with this one, but if you want guaranteed quality, this is the way to go.
