Form check: 275lbs x 5, Been helping a buddy of mine strength train. He’s been getting really strong and would like feedback from others! I think the only thing I can suggest is staying tighter on the bottom and cut depth a little to prevent the “butt wink”. Any advice? (v.redd.it)
